BG60P (4 cups) cups automatic fill-seal-cut machine can automatically complete the processes of cup-dropping, filling, sealing, film cutting, code printing, sterilizing in ultraviolet radiation and cup-falling in one operation. P model is especially designed for filling sticky liquid or paste material, such as fruit jam, yoghourt, hot chocolate liquid etc. The filling unit is also able to improved to fill powder and granule, such as coco powder, baking power, peanut and soybean etc.

It has function of automatic film position regulation. Large power AC motor driving mechanism is adopted. For 4 cups model, it can either driven by motor or pneumatic method. Cup-dropping and cover-sucking unit adopt pneumatic method. Famous brand “OMRON” and “AirTAC” are applied to electric components and pneumatic elements. In addition, it can be customized according to your special requirement.
