Le principe de base de cette operculeuse est d'utiliser un mat\u00e9riau \u00e0 haute barri\u00e8re (plateau en plastique et film de couverture) pour isoler les aliments de l'air ext\u00e9rieur, le plateau \u00e9tant rempli de gaz m\u00e9lang\u00e9s de sorte que les aliments emball\u00e9s conservent longtemps leur saveur et leur aspect d'origine, et emp\u00eachent dans toute la mesure du possible la prolif\u00e9ration de toutes sortes de bact\u00e9ries et de micro-organismes.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
